Alcoholic content: 15%.
Origin: Fumane - San Pietro in Cariano.
Yield: 50 Q.Li/Ha.
Farming system: Pergoletta. 
Harvest: By hand (selection of the best grapes), after drying about 100 days.
Fermentation: 40 days maceration on the skins.
Ageing: 24 months in 50 hl of Slavonian oak barrels.
Ageing in the bottle: 6 months.
